I’m not getting the sign-in email.
Lore signs you in with a magic link sent to your email — there’s no password. Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from Lore. The link expires after a while, so if it’s been a few minutes, request a fresh one from the app. Still nothing? Make sure you typed the same address each time, then contact us and we’ll help.
How do I join a family that invited me?
Open the invitation email or link on your iPhone and tap to accept — it’ll open in Lore. If you don’t have the app yet, install it first, sign in with the same email the invite was sent to, and the invitation will be waiting for you.
Can I be in more than one family?
Yes. Many people keep a maternal Family, a paternal one, and in-laws. You can switch between them in the app, and when you add a memory you can choose which Families it belongs to.
How do I delete a memory or my account?
You can remove memories you’ve added from within the app. To delete your account and the data tied to it, send us a request from the form below using the email on your account and we’ll take care of it.
Is my family’s data private?
Yes. Lore is invitation-only — memories are visible only to members of the Family they’re added to. We don’t sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
When is Android coming?
We’re building it. Lore is on iPhone first; an Android version is on the roadmap. Send a note below and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
